D20 Potion Rollers
By purchasing any D20 Potion Rollers you agree to the following:
- Potion Rollers are not to be opened or otherwise tampered with.
- Do not drink the liquid. While most of the ingredients are non-toxic, some contain resin (some dice, additional products), and some of the powders are metallic and may make the liquid unsafe.
- If a potion glass breaks, carefully clean and dispose of immediately, clean the area with warm soap and water to avoid the dye or metallic powder used in the potions from discolouring surrounds, or vinegar and baking soda for particularly difficult stains.
- Potions are NOT suitable for children. Do NOT leave in presence of children or pets.
- Do not expose your potion to extreme environmental conditions such as heat, cold and do not leave outside.
3D STL Files & Printed Models
By purchasing any 3D digital file, or printed model from this website, in person or from this store on external webstores you agree to the following;
- You may not redistribute, alter, sell, transfer, host, rent or otherwise use any digital files bought from me for anything except personal use.
- You may not sell, distribute or share printed files, modified or otherwise.
- Both the printed and digital files may not be used without permission for any use in which you charge money, fees or otherwise gain benefits from.
- Printed models are NOT for children. Models are small and present a choking hazard. Do not leave items anywhere children or pets could access.
- STL Files can not be refunded under any circumstances due to their digital nature.
Wolf Forge is not liable for any damages or injuries that result from misuse of our products.
Shipping to the USA [Tariffs]
Please be warned buyers from the United States of America will be subject to the importation tariffs on all sales & exchanges at point of delivery [not covered in our shipping costs] to the courier/mail delivery service in the USA. If you are not contacted upon arrival in country, please contact your delivery company.
Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand how this may impact you in the event of returns/exchanges.
- The buyer is responsible for paying for all duty fees / tariffs at point of entry (into USA)
- The buyer is responsible for providing adequate and correct contact and delivery information to the seller.
- The buyer is responsible for being proactive about delivery status and checking when their items have arrived in country to pay for fees (as notifications to pay for item may not be delivered by the delivering company).
- The buyer accepts responsibility to contact customs/delivery company in the event the item has landed in the USA and is being held, but the buyer has not been contacted themselves.
- The buyer accepts that customs / delivery services will hold any and all unpaid items until fees are paid.
- The buyer accepts all terms and conditions listed on the USA’s Customs & Border Patrol website in regards to importing fees, pickup, storage and fees and surrendered/abandoned items.
- The seller is not subject to any fees incurred, delays or loss of items as a result of the item being held at customs and tariffs unpaid by buyer.
