3D Prints

Products referred to as 3D Printed Tabletop Minis, Printed Minis/Miniatures, RPG Minis, etc are referring to the physical miniature figure itself, printed and sold as is. Minis all come pre-primed, ready to paint and with a black basic base (in the future minis will have custom detailed bases). Most minis do not come glued to their bases, and it is recommended to use cyanoacrylate glue (superglue) to attach them yourself. Very large miniatures (currently not available) may ship in parts and can be glued together with superglue.

Minis are scaled for 25mm roleplaying games, roughly to meet the same size standards of other popular brands, and will be listed on the mini.

Tiny, Small & Medium minis all come on 25mm medium bases. Large come on 50mm bases, huge on 75mm and gigantic on 100mm bases. All land bases are printed in black PLA filament. Tiny, Small and Medium ‘Flying’ bases are printed in clear resin, while Large, Huge and Gigantic ‘Flying’ bases are printed in clear PLA filament.

All figures sold on this website are modeled, printed and pre-primed in Grey by me. They arrive ready to paint.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What materials are they made from?
A. The miniatures and small ‘flying’ bases are made from UV Resin, all other bases are made of PLA Filament. All resin products have supports removed, washed and cured. The models are pre-primed in Rustoleum Grey. Models that arrive attached to bases are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (superglue), but generally are shipped detached. They are 100% ready to paint when they arrive to you.

Q. My model arrived detached from it’s base, how do I attach it?
A. Use cyanoacrylate glue (superglue) to attach your model to it’s base.
Some larger models (such as the Ancient Mosasaur) do not need gluing and are able to be “screwed” into place.
They usually ship unglued to lower the risk of damage, as well as allowing for if you wish to customise or completely replace the base with your own.

Q. My model arrived attached to it’s base, how do I detach it?
A. If your model arrives attached to it’s base it has been glued with cyanoacrylate glue (superglue). There are several methods available online to detach them, including temporarily freezing your miniature in your freezer, or gently prying them off with a scalpel or knife. Please be careful with whatever method you use- we don’t accept refunds or replacements for breaking your mini while trying to detach it from it’s base.

We generally use a cheap brand superglue intentionally so that they’re more easily removable. If you’re concerned about this being an issue please leave a comment in your order stating you specifically want a model shipped detached from it’s base.

Q. Are they suitable for children?
A. All miniatures are made of resin, are small and contain easily breakable parts if dropped, broken or not looked after.

While every effort is made to wash, cure and prime the minis to make them as safe as possible for their intended use, resin is still incredibly toxic if ingested, on top of possibly having small, sharp or pointy parts that may cause serious injuries if ingested or misused in any way.

Q. Can I have the .stl files to print them myself?
A. No.

Q. I have my own .stl file, will you print it?
A. No.

Q. I would like a particular miniature, but I want it in a different scale (i.e. Large instead of Medium).
A. Generally, we would rather not sell them at a different scale, but please contact us before placing your order and we will see if it’s possible.
Be warned, some miniatures will not able to be re-scaled smaller without becoming too small to support itself, or will outright fail to print. Smaller creatures may not have the same quality if scaled up either, as it wasn’t their intended size.
It will also increase the price of the miniature, regardless of the direction of scale, as it will require additional time to set up and print.

Q. I have a model suggestion.
A. I am not currently taking suggestions or commissions.

Q. Will you paint my order for me?
A. Pre-painted minis are currently not available.
If they become available in the future, they will likely operate the same way Special Edition Mythic D20 Potions work- physical convention exclusive sales until the end of the convention season, and then anything left becomes available online as one-offs/limited runs. They will also be considerably more expensive due to the time that goes into them.

Q. What printer do you use?
A. Anycubic M5S Pro Resin Printer & Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo (to be soon replaced with a Kobra 3 Max).

Q. My mini arrived damaged, what do I do?
A. If your mini arrived damaged please contact us with a photo of the packaging and product.
Most damage is repairable with superglue, but if the damage is significant we may offer a replacement. If the order is over a certain value, we will request the original package shipped back to us, at your expense. The replacement will be shipped for free once the original has been returned to us.

Q. How long does it take for my order to be made?
A. If your models are already in our current supply then it should ship within 7 business days.
If we are currently out of stock of that item (stock levels are not indicative of actual stock) then please allow an additional few days for production.

If we are having any particular delays and expect it to take longer than 10 days, and a delay notification is not posted on the Home Page, we will notify you by email.

Please be aware that if we are waiting for a new supply of materials for your order that production could be over a month. You will be notified if this is the case.
